Invoicing and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase on our website. For custom orders invoiced separately, please be aware that late fees may apply in the event of non-payment after a period of time.

Returns, damages, and issues
Our return policy exclusively covers damages and issues related to the received order. Each lantern is handcrafted, and slight variations in finish, size, or detailing are a natural part of the process—these are not considered defects and are not covered under our return policy. If you receive an item with clear defects, damages, or the incorrect product, please contact us within one week of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages incurred during installation or after the item has been delivered in good condition—including items not reported as damaged within the one-week window—as we cannot verify how the item was handled during installation.
